Using an HB pencil display a good contract of black and white and it brings an appealing outline. I try playing around with the shading and even though it looks rough, it is easy to identify what I am trying to portray.

This is a replica of one of Mark Rothko work, White Centre. This may not the exact colours however, I tried using similar colours and I painted to one direction with the brushstroke. I used acrylic paint and ensure that I emphasis the bold colours.

Roy Litchensutein has created a plane that is based on a comic and I wanted to try and recreated using felt tips. I only picked a selected area as I thought it was a very nice perspective along with the bold colours helps enhance the aesthetic of the artwork.

When I was viewing this artwork, it gave me the idea that it was from space and that the galaxy was forming a hint of pink whilst the star is sparkling. I used acrylic paint so that I was able to form an abstract structure of the piece. With the pink overlapping with the colour white, it makes the artwork more interesting to look at and it helps boost the contrast of black and white.
